This appeal involved a warrantless entry into a motel room.  The prosecution had failed and thus waived on appeal any objections based on standing.  Officers has gone to the motel room on a report that individuals were randomly knocking on guest doors, but then entered the room under a pretext of a burglary, seizing drugs and arrested some of the occupants.   The COA found there was no probably caused and vacated and remanded.
