Once a mandate has been issued and the matter remanded to the lower court, then the appellate work is done and the lower court re-obtains jurisdiction of the effective date of the appellate court’s opinion under CR 76.30 and on the effective date of the appellate court’s orders under CR 76.38.  Thus, trial court had jurisdiction to issue order on remand.
