  • Civil; Summary Judgment: Whether the circuit court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of appellee.
  • Civil; Medical Malpractice: Whether the circuit court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the appellee on grounds that appellant failed to establish causation through expert testimony.
