Medical malpractice. Affirmed dismissal of medical negligence claims for failure to provide expert testimony.

140. Vanhoose v. Three Rivers Medical Center (Hosp. of Louisa)
Medical malpractice alleging negligence in treating VanHoose’s endometriosis with three unnecessary surgeries, including a hysterectomy.. Affirmed summary judgment dismissing claims for failure to assert a viable cause of action and for negligent credentialing and rejecting Vanhoose’s claims she has not had an adequate opportunity to engage in discovery or present evidence of Three Rivers Medical Center’s negligence.

152. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. v. Estate of Herman Lee Dobbs
Products liability action with multiple issues of evidence and testimony. Vacated and remanded for exclusion of items from video deposition.
