Affirmed trial court granting partial summary judgment dismissing claim for loss of consortium relating to the death of her forty-eight-year-old disabled son who was intellectually impaired since childhood and dependent on parent, declining to extend a loss of consortium claim for the loss of an adult child to a parent.

Attorney employee non-disclosure agreement and termination of employment.
Affirmed an order of theBoone Circuit Court finding him in contempt for failing to comply with its nondisclosure order and awarding attorney’s fees.

636. FOOTE VS. ESTATE OF BOBBY MOORE
Death of defendant and statute of limitations.
Affirmed order granting summary judgment in favor of Todd Davis, administrator of the estate of Bobby Moore agreeing with the trial court’s finding that Foote’s claims were time barred under KRS1 304.39-230(6) and Gailor v. Alsabi, 990 S.W.2d 597 (Ky. 1999).
