The Court affirmed an opinion of the Workers’ Compensation Board reversing and remanding a decision of an ALJ denying an award of future medical treatment. The Court held that the Board did not err in reversing the ALJ’s ruling that the worker was not eligible for an award of future medical benefits and correctly determined that KRS 342.020(1) obligated the employer to pay for any reasonable and necessary medical treatment for her permanent disability.
