Starting a new posting category – Rules and Procedures. Yes, I started doing these some time ago, but new habits are difficult to become a firmly fixed. Not all of the Supreme Court Orders truly affect our practice, and these will be “overlooked”. Else you might be burdened with the mundane and unnecessary.
