On Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 10:00 am, the Supremes will hear an insurance law case dealing with an “owned but not scheduled for coverage” exclusion in automobile policies and the availability of underinsured motorist benefits coverage for injuries incurred by insured on a motorcycle which had no UIM.
