Here are the proposed rules changes by the Kentucky Supreme Court discussed at the “Rules Hearing” at the 2013 Kentucky Bar Association Convention.
If you have any comments you wish to have considered, then you can mail or email them to the Supreme Court of Kentucky by the end of July (but it was indicated that this deadline is not critical and comments through the first two weeks of August might also be considered). So, read and remark.
