Since I am now able to include the PDF documents directly in my posts, it makes more of the changes, revisions, and other matters at the PDF more readily available than before.
Why? I do not have to go through the time-consuming process of converting PDF to an RTF or HTML document for posting!
The bulk of these rules affect criminal procedure, but there are some changes with regard to the use of a subpoena duces tecum that may not match up to what you have expected in the past.
