The Court of Appeals of Kentucky will be hearing oral arguments on cases for February 2014, as follows:
- Feb 11 – Court of Appeals Courtroom in Frankfort
- Feb 20 – Holbrook Judicial Center, Owensboro
- Feb 25 – Jefferson County Judicial Center, Louisville
The arguments scheduled for many of the cases scheduled this month would only list the parties and counsel but NOT the issues to be decided. So you will have to scope these out a little further and deeper than what is available to me through the published calendar.
