Kentucky Court of Appeals announced 21 decisions on February 13, 2015, with six opinions designated to be published. The published cases briefly are:
- 122 Horsley v. Dr. Kenneth Smith, M.D. – medical negligence, informed consent
- 130 Gateway Area Development District vs. Cope – directed verdict, JNOV, employer
- 133. James Chambers vs. Hughes and Coleman – fee dispute, discharged for cause and reparation benefits
- 134. W.(K.) vs. S.(J.) – agreed judgement of paternity, child support
- 139. Cab. for Health & Family Services vs. H.(C.L.) – termination of parental rights
- 141. Lowes Home Centers v. Middleton – workers compensation, enhanced disability benefits
