- $18 million jury verdict arising from injuries sustained when a hunting ladder stand collapsed
- insurance bad faith claim. The appellant argues the circuit court erred when it sua sponte decided to include in the instructions the issue of whether the appellee breached its insurance obligations
- 2018-CA-000020 -This is a personal injury action to recover damages for injuries to students of the University of Louisville for the intentional, willful, and wanton conduct by defendant’s Appellee, Katrina Powell, and the other defendant-Appellees, for engaging in, promoting, profiting and advancing escorts, dancing, and prostitution with students of the University of Louisville. Public policy prohibits ones profiting from criminal activity.

2018-CA-000055 – This is a cross-appeal from a Judgment dismissing the Cross-Appellants counterclaim for a case of process and malicious prosecution against Cross-Appellees (see 2018-CA-20)
