Appellants filedwith the trial ct info that oil production cont'dto contain illegal hazardous and toxic levels of radioactive materials. Trial ct ordered funds paid to appellants in settlement must be returned to appellee.When thefunds were not returned, the trial court dismissed the appellants’ request for relief.
