The Supreme Court dismissed an original action seeking to have CR 76.16(1) and (4) declared unconstitutional and to require oral arguments in all cases before Kentucky’s Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. The Court held that Section 14 of the Kentucky Constitution does not provide a right to oral argument before Kentucky’s appellate courts.
