Criminal Law. Affirmed circuit court order denying his motion to vacate sentence pursuant to RCr1 11.42.
556. ESTEPP V. JOHNSON COUNTY NEWSPAPERS LLC
Torts. Defamation. Affirmed summary judgement dismissal in favor of claims for defamation by newspaper and that he was not defamed by stories claiming Estepp engaged in outrageous conduct when it used the terms“removed from” and “relieved of” in news articles referring to him leaving his employment.
560. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. RUSSELL
Board of Claims. Affirmed Kentucky Board of Claims’1 denial of benefits to appellee Tommy Russell for injuries he sustained while cutting down a large tree.
563. ROYAL CONSUMER PRODUCTS LLC VS. BUCKEYE BOXES INC.
Contracts. Affirmed Jefferson Circuit Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Buckeye Boxes, Inc. (“Buckeye”) on Royal’s breach of contract claim against Buckeye (failure to timely deliver certain project boards).

Divorce. Affirmed custody decree, which denied him a 50/50 timesharing split with his child on the basis that he and the child’s mother had difficulty cooperating.
