For those who do not know, this link is to a separate legal blog that posts weekly tables of decisions (published and nonpublished) from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, plus occasional news and other official postings from their web site.
The Kentucky decisions are "highlighted" in an off-color background for quick identification and the substance of the decision posted (by substance I am referring to the opening paragraphs from the decision).
Most of the civil decisions have a short synopsis; the criminal, prisoner, immigration, and bankruptcy decisions are not digested but are listed.
Nonpublished decisions are not digested but just listed.
All cases are from the same week and have links to the full text of the decision.
Sixth Circuit Cases’ goal is always to post the links for the week within the week so you have at least an advance sheet of the cases, but try for something extra for the Kentucky decisions and the civil decisions.
