Because father’s pursuit of custody modification occurred within two years of the award of custody in the Decree, father was required to file a motion pursuant to KRS 403.340(2) and attach to his motion a minimum of two affidavits with the proper showing. He failed to do so and the trial court had no authority to modify custody.
