New Life Cleaners v. Tuttle
2007-CA-001948 8/7/09 2009 WL 2408337

Opinion by Judge Nickell; Judge Clayton concurred; Judge VanMeter dissented.

The Court reversed and remanded a judgment of the circuit court in favor of an employee in a dispute over a contract containing a covenant not to compete. The Court held that the trial court erred in relying upon parol evidence to modify the express terms of the written covenant.
