I have been asked when will we post the summaries of the published decisions of the Supreme Court of Kentucky for Dec. 2008?

Answer: When they are posted on line, then we will post them.

The COA has already posted their monthly summaries of published decisions for Dec. 2008.

The SCOKY has not.
