October 2012 Court of Appeals Argument Calendar

October will be a light month for the various panels of the Court of Appeals with only three cases to be heard.

Issues of interest to Kentucky injury lawyers include a case involving carbon monoxide poisoning and one  involving damages, to include pre-judgment interest and improper disclosures regarding a co-defendant’s settlement.
