Governor Ernie Fletcher Appoints Two Special Justices to the Supreme Court of Kentucky

Today, Governor Ernie Fletcher appointed two Special Justices to the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Judge Jeffrey T. Burdette, Chief Circuit Judge of the Pulaski, Lincoln and Rockcastle Circuit Court, and the Honorable Ronald L. Green of Lexington, will sit with the Supreme Court in the case of Ernie Fletcher, in his official capacity v. Gregory D. Stumbo, in his official capacity, No. 2005-SC-001009.
