I am receiving these free email updates of published decisions from the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court with notices of argument calendars, minutes, and AOC news.
The published decisions are separately posted with a the name, date, subject, short digest, and a link to the full text of the decision posted at the AOC’s web site.
Go to http://www.KyCases.com and see. The place for subsribing for the emails is in the top left-hand column. Enter your email, enter the verification code, and then you will need to respond to the confirmation email (to avoid spam).
If you are interested in the weekly list of published decisions from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (case name, topic covered, and link to full text), then do the same at http://www.SixthCircuitCases.com .
We now have over 350 receiving the emails. There are many more who just visit the site or have the RSS readers.
