Criminal defendant wanted access to his entire criminal defense file, but his former counsel refused claiming ‘work product’. SC held that a writ of mandamus is the most appropriate form of remedy available to Appellant and find that he is entitled to the entirety of his client file from Mr. Eardley, including work product materials, and therefore we hereby grant the relief sought.
