Oldest surviving courthouse in Kentucky and thought to be oldest courthouse west of Allegany Mountains. First Courthouse was built of logs. This was the second courthouse.

Court of Appeals of Kentucky will hear oral arguments for the month of October 2015 on October 13 @ Frankfort; October 27 & 28 @ Lexington;  and October 29 @ Bardstown.
