The reason for the change is to avoid duplicate postings. Each week at Sixth Circuit Cases, the PUBLISHED decisions will be listed by names, links to full text, date of publication, and district court. The Kentucky decisions will have the opening paragraphs from the published decisions highlighting the subject covered.
