A reader asked about accessing the nonpublished decisions via the Feedburner emails.
Unlike the published decisions, we do NOT separately post the nonpublished decisions with the links to the AOC full text decisions.
We do include the nonpublished decisions in the bottom of the LawWire organized by topic, name, and short description (no digest) with a LINK to the full text.
You can also access the full text of all the decisions contained in the MINUTES since there is a ‘hot link’ in the right column which will pull up the full text associated with that decision.
HOW do you access the minutes?
Well, when I post the posting to the minutes the ‘headline’ is HOT and clicking on it will pop up the PDF copy of the minutes with the cases and links.
